Can an order be cancelled?

The provisions of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) apply. The cancellation period is fourteen (14) working days, whereby Saturday does not count as a working day.

It begins with the day the shipment is received by the customer. A statement of cancellation suffices if received by us within the cancellation period via E-mail at shop@casinos.at or by telephone at +43 (0) 50 777 50.

Did you mistakenly provide an incorrect delivery and/or billing address?

Was an incorrect address accidentally provided?

Please contact us as quickly as possible by telephone at +43 (0) 50 777 50, so we are still able to correct it before the order goes to shipping.

How long are Casino vouchers valid?

All Casino vouchers bear an expiration date. For further information please contact our Welcome Center under the telephone number +43 50 777 50.

How to use the Casinos Austria Online Shop?

1) Select “Shop” from the menu.

2) Select a desired article or a category of goods.

3) Enter the desired article and quantity and click “Order”.

4) You are now in the shopping cart. From here you can still change the quantity or cancel the order. You can also see the progress of your order and consult the General Terms of Business. Once you have finished selecting, click again on “Order”.

5) Enter your order and delivery data and click on “Continue”.

6) Enter your payment and dispatch details together with any information about vouchers. Then click on “Continue”.

7) Enter your credit card data (number, expiry date) or Paybox number. You can review and print out your complete order data (article, price, dispatch costs, VAT, order date, personal data). Your data will be transferred with SSL encryption to protect from misuse. You can see the SSL certificate by double-clicking the lock at the bottom of the window. You can also consult the General Terms of Business again. Click on “Confirm order” to complete the order. An overview of the order appears.

8) You will also receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Is the order incomplete or does it contain other products?

Please contact us at shop@casinos.at or by telephone at +43 (0) 50 777 50 so we can take the necessary steps.

The order was not received even after a week?

EMS, registered mail and cash-on-delivery (COD) parcels must be accepted by the addressee. If this is not the case, a notice will be left. Please check whether you have received this notice.
In many cases the parcel will be accepted by neighbours. If this is also not the case, please contact us at shop@casinos.at or by telephone at +43 (0) 50 777 50.

Was the order completed? No E-mail confirmation was sent!


After completion of your online order you will immediately receive an order confirmation via E-mail at the E-Mail address you stated. This E-mail is an HTML-mail. Many company servers reject these. If you are not sure whether your order has been successfully completed, please contact us at shop@casinos.at or by telephone at +43 (0) 50 777 50.

What methods of payment are accepted?

All payments can be effected by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners), paysafecard, paybox, EPS (Austrian Electronic Payment Standard) online transfer, Maestro SecureCode or cash on delivery.

When is an order fully completed?

If you receive an order confirmation by E-mail, you can be sure your online order was fully completed.
If you are not sure whether your order was successfully completed – for example, because you received no confirmation E-mail, please contact us at shop@casinos.at or by telephone at +43 (0) 50 777 50.

When will the order be sent?

Your order will be sent the same day or at the latest the following working day. Shipping within Austria by Österreichische Post generally takes 2 to 5 working days. EMS orders we receive by 14:00 will be shipped within Austria the next working day.

Which shipping options are offered in the shop?

We send by mail (EUR 3.9), EMS (EUR 8.9 within Austria), DHL (EUR 36) and by COD (EUR 7.00).
