You must have attained the age of majority (18 in Austria) to be allowed into a casino.

For many of our guests a visit to the casino is a special event. On a visit to the casino we kindly ask our guests to dress accordingly and to avoid casual wear (training suits, tennis shoes).
From October to April we ask gentlemen to wear a jacket (jackets for hire are available at the coat check in return for a deposit and a cleaning fee of € 2).
From May to September we kindly request elegant recreational attire, which means no jacket is required for men, but a shirt with a collar (short- or long-sleeved shirt, polo shirt), long trousers and closed-toed shoes (no sandals) are.
Casual wear is generally not allowed in the gaming area.
What is required for registration?
A valid official photo identification document (i.e. passport, driving licence ...) is required for registration.
As of 15 June 2003, the Gambling Statute commits us to identifying guests by means of an official type of photo ID prior to allowing them admission to the casino. The security of our gambling operations is of utmost importance to us, and we believe that we are therefore also acting in the interest of our guests.
