Dr. Karl Stoss has been a member of the Management Board since 1 January 2007 and Director General of Casinos Austria AG since 25 May 2007. The native of Vorarlberg and graduate of business administration is also Chairman of the Management Board of Austrian Lotteries.

Mag. Dietmar Hoscher has been a member of the Management Board since 1 January 2007, responsible for the Division of Public & Legal Affairs, Corporate Social Responsibility and is also the Chairman of the Management Board of tipp3.

Since 1 January 2010 Mag. Bettina Glatz-Kremsner has been a member of the Management Board of Casinos Austria AG in charge of the financial agenda. She has been CFO of Austrian Lotteries since September 2006.
